If a friend you recommend buys a policy from us we will give your friend a £5.00 discount voucher. Next time you renew your policy with Breakdown Direct you will also get a £5.00 discount.

When you purchase your policy you will receive a welcome email containing a discount voucher for you to forward to [any number] of your friends. If any of your friends take out any policy with us we will give you £5.00 off your next policy renewal with us. Hows that for win win!!

Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to customers of Breakdown Direct who participate in the Recommend a Friend Offer.

Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open only to customers of Breakdown Direct and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or with Affiliate Program partners.

Persons who may be recommended

2. You must only refer individuals that you know personally. You must not submit group e-mail addresses as a recommendation or use e-mail mailing lists in making a recommendation. You may only recommend each Friend once and only by direct e-mail (telephone referrals are not acceptable).
3. The closing date of the Promotion is 31st December 2004. Please note that any recommendation of any Friend that you may make after this date shall not entitle you to any Credits.

Recommendation Credits

4. If one of your Friends purchases breakdown cover from Breakdown Direct under this Promotion and in doing so becomes a New Customer of Breakdown Direct, Breakdown Direct will credit your account with the sum of £5 against your next renewal premium.
5. A "New Customer" means: a friend who is not already a customer of Breakdown Direct and who buys a Breakdown Direct policy within 90 days of the date of commencement of your policy.
6. Breakdown Direct will not credit your account unless and until that Friend becomes a New Customer as described in paragraph 5 above.
7. Please note that only one £5 Credit will be applied your Breakdown Direct account.
8. If you terminate your Breakdown Direct Policy, but you have a credit outstanding that has not yet been applied against your Breakdown Direct Account, you will not be entitled to a refund and such outstanding Credit shall be void.
